Additional Terms & Conditions for IPTV
- Entertainment Plan Availability: UFiberNet TV services, inclusive of the UFiberNet TV feature, are exclusively accessible with multi-month subscription plans of 60 Mbps and 100 Mbps.
- Activation Limitation: UFiberNet TV subscriptions will only be activated for new subscriptions and are not applicable to existing subscriptions.
- Exclusive Functionality: UFiberNet TV services shall be facilitated solely through the PlayBOX TV App.
- Activation Process: Upon activation of their respective Wi-Fi subscription plans, users can commence utilization of UFiberNet TV by downloading the PlayBOX App and logging in using their registered mobile number.
- Compatibility Specifications: The PlayBOX TV app is currently compatible solely with Google-certified Android TV. While a mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices, live TV functionality is restricted to designated TVs. Compatibility is not extended to non-Google-certified Android TVs, including those manufactured by Samsung, LG, and others.
- Device Usage Limitation: UFiberNet TV (Live paid TV) shall be operable on a single device at any given time. To enable usage on an alternative device, users must first log out from the previous device.
- Compatibility Requirement: UFiberNet TV services are exclusive to UFiberNet Broadband’s high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Over-the-top (OTT) services are accessible on any device and network, including 5G mobile networks.
- Refund Policy: Refund requests for TV plans will only be entertained within a period of 3 days from the initiation of the subscription. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered.
- Non-Transferable Offer: The UFiberNet TV subscription offer is non-transferable, and no exchanges or redemptions for cash or equivalent forms shall be permitted.
- Liability Disclaimer: UFiberNet disclaims any liability for claims arising from the use of content or any loss or damage incurred by UFibernet subscribers or any third party in connection with the availability or utilization of PlayBOX TV content.
- Internet Connection Recommendation: A stable and high-speed internet connection is strongly recommended for optimal IPTV streaming. The quality of the stream is contingent upon the speed and reliability of the user’s internet connection.
- Third-Party Links Disclaimer: The Company disclaims control over third-party sites and channels linked through hyperlinks. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third-party sites and channels before utilization.
- Intellectual Property Protection: Users explicitly agree not to violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of proprietary content, information, or materials is strictly prohibited.
- Trademark Protection: All icons and logos of relevant channels are registered trademarks or service marks of the respective third parties. Display of such logos by UFiberNet is solely for promotional purposes and does not imply endorsement. Unauthorized copying, modification, use, or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.
