Typically the Wi-Fi coverage provided by the UFibernet Dual Band Router comfortably covers an open area of approx. 1000 Sq. ft. (on the same floor). However, this range can be affected by several external factors beyond our control, like interference from other Wi-Fi Access Points in the surrounding area, placement of the Router in the house, user’s distance from it and the number of walls between the Router and the user.

Yes, you can change your Fiber plan any time after activation through selfcare portal.
While requesting for a plan change, you need to pay advance payment + GST of the selected plan and duration. This payment shall be adjusted in the upcoming bills.
New connections are available with free installation options of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months advance payment
UFibernet broadband service is based on Fiber Optic technology. This technology offers a lot of advantages over the traditional cables:
